A unique 4.7 cm x 5.7cm Cassis Madagascariensis or Queen Helmet, hand found and carved in Napoli in a Victorian cameo style tribute to Pete Burns. The shell is set in a detailed 9k gold frame edged with 34 freshwater pearls, engraved on the reverse, and securely attachable by a double Trombone catch.
